Processing
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery
United States and Canada: free tracked shipping on every order. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after your order ships.

Christmas
Order by December 5 for the best chance of delivery before December 25.

More than one locket
Orders with more than one locket may arrive in separate packages.

Your address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't change it once your order ships.

Lost or late orders
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you.
